Thanx ED, I specifically asked whether or not the fee applied to BB stocks and the rep said yes. Apparently she has no clue as to what her companies policies are (somehow Im not surprised. Its kinda thing that drives you nuts if you own a business). I thank you for the information, I will call back and hopefully speak to someone who knows what they are talking about.
