"Sesame-Ad activates the advertiser's commercial when a Web user initiates the download of a graphic field or document, and the commercial appears on the user's screen without any noticeable interference with the download."

--Part of the beauty of echoMedia's approach is that it is NOT limited to a certain level of bandwidth. TV quality ads require DSL, cable modem, T-Carrier, or dish speeds (which most of us don't have), but Sesame-Ad actually has MORE time to display its pop up screens when a user has a slow connection. During long downloads the user is just twiddling thumbs--the ultimate captured audience. Eyes 12 inches from a CRT, anxiously awaiting the completion of the download. Jeez, it's brilliant. The company itself, now that's another matter. I really can't understand why they would have a punk in IR--that is the place for a diplomatic persona. It also concerns me that they may be diluting the shares. Could anyone here answer this: What prevents a penny stock company from diluting shares in a big way as the stock shoots up?
