EPA wants proper pig poo management. Livestock ranchers have to "contain" the hay so we will have clean air. Haven't you seen the wrapped rolls of hay in the fields? If you make any dust whilst farming, you get a fine for "polluting" the air. It is all about driving out the small to mid-sized farmer. To sum it all up, it's about controlling what we eat and how much we are going to pay for it. Soon it will be illegal to have a cat.
