If you mean you want it reproduced exactly, wouldn't that take a photograph or scan of each page? The other way would be to transcribe it by hand.

Either way, I think you can create a book on Blurb or AI. The scanned pages would have to be inserted as images, I would think. They both have volume discounts for ten or more copies. With genealogy, I think you would be wise to get more than one copy. Somebody in your family will surely want to have one.

Somebody who has experienced creating 'pdf' documents would know more about this. I'm pretty sure both venues can handle pdf.

Anyone? Please comment.
