SB,

Makes sense. And what passes for reporting today is laughable.

Love OC, but haven't been there in 25 years.

I was driving down a main road in my area yesterday called, Northwestern Highway. There are many strip malls, and a lot of them are high end boutique type places. I was shocked to see one that had a dozen empty storefronts. I expect to see that in my area, but this part of town is a bit more affluent. We are not seeing demand for commercial in the Detroit area yet.

Sorry to hear about your legal problems. Sounds like a serious bitch. Hung out a couple weeks ago with a lawyer buddy who's dad is one of the Judges/magistrates in my city. My buddy knows the inside game precisely. And he will tell you it's a pure racket. The law and, "right and wrong" ain't got nothing to do with it. Wish you good luck.
