Uh..........those practices developed under Bush who was clearly way over his head when he became president. In fact, he is the proverbial gift that does not stop giving. So sorry.

The fact is, Bush had no idea those things were happening. They certainly weren't policy. But he took responsibility because it happened under his watch.

Obama has been in office for three years. That's plenty of time for his influence to have permeated throughout the military.

If you can hold Bush responsible for Abu Ghraib, then you must hold Obama responsible for soldiers urinating on enemy corpses. Anything less is disingenuous and intellectually dishonest.
