Frank, check out HMTT. It fits your new style. Heavy insider buying in the 14 range back in August. Now below 14.

Hey Frank, CAYN fits the bill. Insiders bought almost 400K shares at $3.70 average in past year. It's still floundering around 2 5/8. I watch it daily on Level II but haven't bought in yet. Need to see some decent volume or wait until any tax loss sellers have sold.

stock talk,

I checked on insider trading where the president or management is investing a great deal of money - sorry to say, this does not look like a solid plan to me. insidertrader.com I went back a number of months and saw what happened after large numbers of top people bought millions in the company - results were mixed and sometimes terrible.

I like your thinking - but I want some other factors to go along with this.
