IBM is priced right where it should be IMO, but expensive compared to some other names in the Tech space. I sure would not buy IBM here and Buffet clearly would not be buying this name if he had smaller sums to invest IMO. He clearly is not looking to get eye popping returns! I think the bar has been lowered. I honestly do not understand why he would put so much money in this name opposed to adding to some of his other holdings or buying another company. He might be @ the limit on some of the financial names he owns so that might be the case for not going nutz on them. I learned never to doubt the man, so maybe he and his buddy Gates see something I don’t. What I see is single digit returns from here on that name nothing exciting. BAC can double and then double again and still would be a better value than IBM IMO.
