I think it worth pursuing. gingerly. However I see some improvement in the last decade or so, but not much. For example many (perhaps former) black schools are trying to increase student enrolment by allowing and in some cases encouraging whites to enroll. However, they still have a very liberal agenda, but some are not as liberal as you might think. Tuskegee University for example is very good in technical areas such as engineering. Still a long ways to go.
