We may have bigger problems to worry about than world rebalancing.

If banks and governments eliminate physical money it's a small step to convince the public that electronic ID is necessary TO STOP "CRIMINALS" (always the same reason though sometimes "terrorist" is substituted).

Think the public wouldn't accept it? Well the USA Homeland security implemented fingerprinting and computer imaging at airports and now other nations are doing it. Some US banks require a finger or thumb print already, try cashing a check over a few hundred bucks in a bank where you haven't an account.

So under "security" we are numbered, tagged, and all our financial dealings are recorded, we will probably be told it will save us vast amounts of money which is now spent on....( you guessed it) criminal activity which includes all those evading taxes. Of course, those billionaires with private planes and off shore banking connections and accounts, like Bloomberg and their political lackeys will be outside the system.
