Bears watching in that it's the same thing on a state level as Obama wanted on a national level. As was Romney care.

It's not just a matter of a gay judge, it's a gay activist judge, among other liberal activist judges. As well as an absence of conservative justices.

I see nothing wrong with appointing a gay judge

The California Marriage law was overturned by a Gay Judge who should have been disqualified. Those on the right didn't know his secret.
