No. If he did so everyone in congress would have to follow suit and no business would get conducted. What they are doing is both legal and ethical under the current laws and rules. Greens are reaching (grasping at straws?) here to paint the players as evil money grubbers which detracts from their better arguments and makes them look like fanatics--except for you of course who ceaselessly and passionately fights for truth and justice for our Mother Earth.
