Of course he's a narcissist - IMO, his mother knew her son was going to need a thick egotistic shell in order to cope with the life circumstances she had provided for him. His narcissism is the result of her confidence-building efforts, and Michelle reinforces the original security wall. That attitude of his was especially evident recently when he said he'll move ahead without Congress. His policies so far have been a dismal failure yet his overly-confident self-image tells him to forge ahead with the same wrong-headed programs. Why? Because his delicate ego refuses to admit that he has failed to find solutions for critical national problems. In his mind, it's always someone else's fault that he's failed, which is a very immature, dictator-like attitude.
