Hi Gnarly

It is difficult to get a grip of how badly Cowpland has botched everything. Not a good track record. Too bad.

No sign of action on the part of the regulators or the BOD. That's why a lawsuit (Vanni's way) is the only way left.

Vanni and Dr. Cowpland must both read a lot of Superman comics. They just pick-up on different parts of the story.

Ha! Take that Pete! Crooked people like crooked markets. But ours was designed to be fair. And we have to take steps to keep it that way. There are plenty of crooked markets elsewhere in the world that crooked people can play.

Gnarly, by now you know you can JOIN THE SUIT. But we really don't need you to anymore. It is really hard to estimate, right now, but you may get around 30 cents on the dollar or so when we win, assuming you qualify.
