actually he did specify....he mentioned the union janitors....he was referring to nyc public schools...of course it is up to the listener to put the pieces of his rhetoric together to determine just what he is really saying, but it really isn't so tough if you give his statements more than just a 'reactionary' response

juan williams challenged him on previous statements that he had made about putting 'poor kids' to work in schools and in doing so he put a racial spin on what gingrich was proposing....(which btw, it was, he was referencing nyc inner city schools which are predominantly black) of course he was pandering his answer to a majority white audience and he knew his response would be a 'red meat' type of answer considering the crowd.....imo, really ugly political pandering and if you just dissect his 'brilliance' you would understand it amounts to nothing more than divisive rhetoric straight off of the obama play book...

i don't understand how you cannot see a gov't school funding 'jobs' for 'poor students' as anything less than a government works program and the very same type of right wing social engineering that he decried referencing paul ryan's plan....anyone remember that?
