I think he wants to be the presumptive nominee before he discloses that he donates some 10-20% of his income to the Mormon church. It appears that is more of an issue for him right now than the overall rate he pays - which he stupidly blurted out yesterday.

We need a President who has an monthly "Congrats" at the Oval Office for new millionaires. Get people to tell their stories, vet them, and make a big deal out of it. That would turn the tables. Tell the public to get out there and get rich, "and may the Devil take the hindmost!"
