men - that is the only NEW valid point you have offered. You have been ranting and raving about the reg-s issueance for months. I am not rejecting any of your points, just the interpretation of them. I see it as desperate financing by a startup with a viable product offer, that could have been done in a better way for shareholders and previous investors. You see it as a scam. Correct me if I am wrong but as I recall, WCOM is doing a reg-s deal to merge with MCI. Not at all uncommon, even for the big shots.
