Well GZ, I'm sorry I cut off your efforts, but since so much time had gone by, I thought everyone had lost interest because it was too hard, so I found one that I thought might be easier. Also, I'm thinking there should be a time limit for each puzzle of say, a week to guess, then, if no one does, the answer will be given and a new one posted. Also as stated earlier, if someone does guess correctly, they're welcome to stump the thread next. If they decline, then I'll post the next one.

We'll make the rule that with the post of the pic, give the view's altitude (not the ground elevation of the place), directional orientation and one other useful hint, such as the country it's in.

I hope that's agreeable.

For the current one, the altitude is 4400 feet, orientation is north and it's in the USA.
