Don't know about the chart, but I would expect a big sell off tomorrow between the INTC/MSFT/IBM earnings reports and options expiring.

On FSII I would not put a stop on it at all. What is your cost basis? Perhaps you take some profits but there is still room to run based on what I am seeing in the market and in FSII in particular. It certainly looks like it is headed back above 5 again.

No reason to sell until the RSI on the monthly chart at 70 again. The monthly MACD has not even gone positive yet on the monthly chart:
