Hi gizwick. I was curious as to the distorted numbers on VKSC's history and found the lawsuits from World Pac and American Can and the sell off of the shrink wrap division to cover debt and how it lost its listing due to market cap and that they recently appointed a new CEO.

Concerns....It's still selling at high multiples when you look at the debt. Their sales are predominatly overseas where a strengthening dollar may hurt sales. And its almost illiquid as sometimes days go by without a trade.
There's also some EPA problem that may come up in Tenessee as well as a new lawsuit from a private party that may be nothing at all.
