I read somewhere the other day where CNN said they're going to let the candidates duke it out. That is politics, and it should be interesting! Agree wholeheartedly about the bias, but understand it's a fact of life. I just keep telling my liberal friends that it exists and then offer examples.

Don't know about all of you on PfP, but I am getting discouraged. BIG BIG DITTO. That's one of the reasons I had to take a break and get my head out of politics for a while..... It all started sounding like noise.... Mitt says he thinks his income investments taxed at "about" 15%, but NEGLECTS to say that's the 2nd time that his money is taxed....the first is Corp Tax of 35%..... How many people know this? IMO this reflects a big weakness in Romney, he can't seem to defend himself, even when he's squeaky clean! If he can't dive into his own defense in this case, why should we think that he'd be a debate threat to Obama? I don't want Obama to walk away from the presidential debates with a fat lip, I want him to be beaten to within an inch of his life with conservatism...... Romney is too nice a guy to do that...... You're right on about this nit picking over character..... Honestly, I don't care if our next president is the biggest douche bag in the world, as long as he fixes our fiscal nightmare in an intelligent way.
