Its stone simple to write iOS apps using Apple's authoring tools. There are two ways.

1) You can write javascript/ajax script and Apple's authoring tools will convert your code.
2) You can write in the native code using the same authoring tools

The authoring tools have multiple windows so you can make apps fit all devices on a single go through.
