Nice job Jeff.....

We all knew Tebow would have some terrible games(4 interceptions, fumbles etc) just like every other qb in the league has at one time or another.....we also noticed that some qbs that were considered extra hot commodities last year had mediocre or worse 2011 seasons, I won't mention any names out of respect for the Rams & Jets fans......we also know that some quality qbs don't always set the league on fire early in their careers and still were voted into the HOF.

We also know that being a fan is far from an art.......but those that boil it down in simple racial terms need to check out their own lens of viewing for personal cracks.....It would be pretty hard to be a fan of the NFL if race was the primary factor in determining who you rooted for.

I heard an interview earlier this week on the Dan Patrick show, with Urban Meyer. Naturally, he was asked about Tim Tebow.

Meyer said he had no intention of recruiting Tebow as a QB. He said he wanted him as a receiver. Meyer said nobody thought Tebow would make it as a college QB.

Meyer went on to say he changed his mind when he saw Tebow playing baseball. He said Tebow was the most competitive person he knew. A National Championship and a Heisman Trophy later, Tebow goes Pro where they don't think he'll make it there either.

Then he takes a 1-4 team into the playoffs and even beats the Steelers in the playoffs.

The kid is a winner! No matter what people say about him, he doesn't get down on himself. He doesn't demand respect or confront people by telling them to say that to his face. He doesn't get in trouble. He just works harder!

That's why I love Tebow and that's why I'll root for him going forward. I agree with the comment in another message. We need more Tebows'!
