Grommit - Excellent pick w/ CDR almost hit $5.00 today. I have looked at both my COR and DLR and will stay with them until dividend yields drop below 3%. You continue to be correct in that this sector is really growing and even INTC confirmed that in their CC. They see the continued build out of cloud computing centers. DLR with their 4% yield and double digit growth (for me) is a good combination. The one caveat is a significant market correction will make these even better plays. Luckily I have a pretty good cost basis in both of these when the last correction hit. EKS
