I've totalled (approx) block trades (20,000 or greater) since they picked up on 11/12. Before that time, there were very, very few such trades (e.g., on 11/11, the total was 65,000 shares).

From 11/12 through 11/20, they total over 5MM shares. Far more often than not, when I check them, these are purchases of ASND:

11/11: 65,000
11/12: 277,000
11/13: 1,136,000
11/14: 573,000
11/17: 640,000
11/18: 1,323,000
11/19: 722,000
11/20: 478,000

So far on 11/21: 268,000.
Incidentally, the last such blocks, 20,000 at 3:02 p.m. and 21,000 at 3:20 p.m. , went off at 25 7/16 and 25 1/2 respectively, which was, again, the then current asking price. Hence, they were purchases.
