Do you walk everywhere you go? Do you eat at restaurants? Do you take public transportation? Are you a bum on the street? Do you get haircuts? Do you work? If so, does your boss provide heat ands A/c? How is your home heated? Do you have a police force ? Face it, moron....you NEED energy. Texas is giving that up.
