Yes I think its clear that the Fire is what people who can't justify an iPad, and particularly other Android tablets will buy.

I think its also clear that many people who buy Fires will ultimately spend the money to have a better experience with an iPad. Virtually NO people who buy iPads will downgrade to an Android.

This one is not hard to figure out. Poor experiences with Fires will actually help sell iPads ultimately.
