As indicated by the <g> in your post, you know AUSA is the acronym for Assistant United States Attorney.

The person involved is the Chief Criminal Assistant United States Attorney for the District of Arizona. That would be No. 3 in the office, after the US Attorney and the First Assistant.

FWIW, the chart below is inaccurate. Ann Scheel is currently the Acting US Attorney.

The guy involved who is claiming the 5th is Patrick Cunningham.
