US is cheap as compared with emerging markets. When women see those appliances, cars, food and houses cheap they persuade the men the buy there.

They are risking the rebalancing. US is going to get expensive and emerging markets are going to get cheaper.

For now, with those cheap flights they can fly there for a long weekend and for their holidays since it is cheaper than fly to Brazil's Northeast.

Most will rent their houses for acquaintances who goes there for holidays too like they do in Brazil for their beach houses in Brazil.

Taxes? Oh, you don't know how Brazil taxes us Brazilians.
