Here is one view from the right wing... 100% is all there is. If you spend money on something, then you don't spend money on something else. Looking at Finland, they spend 1.5 % of their budget on defense. en.wikipedia.org You liberals should stand firm and insist that Obama campaign on the theme that the US needs to be "Just like Finland" and reduce our military spending to be just 1.5% of the budget. In fact, all the liberals in Congress should make this their 2012 campaign theme. Even Ron Paul will probably agree! So remember... Make the US "Just like Finland" and see you in November!!!!
