I laid to rest today, my last feline companion I had for 20 years. A very sweet cat. Very hard emotionally. And reading a biography on B. Franklin and I wonder about how people in the "olden days" managed their emotions with so many deaths of children and spouses. So many horrible wars to endure and tyranny. So much pain and agony. The fight for a humanitarian society and a compassionate civilization, is truly the great and correct fight. What can the right wing and the Newt type haters possibly be thinking?
