Usually there is only a small of window of opportunity to sell shares converted from warrants in a Pension and profit Sharing Plan. They sold a very small percentage of what the granted to themselves anyway. They need some money for those husge commuting expenses into the city. And maybe they want to lay away some expensive champaigne for a cellebration when an alliance is announced?
