Exactly. The larger influx into Seattle lately seems to be the Vietnamese.......not Chinese. And they tend to be much poorer.

We are seeing a lot more foreign students from China, Vietnam, etc at Seattle area Universities.

Yes. UW especially.........there was a big article about it. UW makes a lot of money off its foreign students because they pay significantly higher tuition.
