But because online sales have been happening, I don't guess there's going to be a real problem there. I imagine that anyone in China who can afford an iPhone can also get on the Net and place an order for one. Weird situation, though, to have Apple Stores that can't sell iPhones because the demand is so high it's not safe to do so.
