I see the names of all the CEOs all over that brief. That's what I see. Perhaps in your zeal to find Jobs' name, you overlooked all of theirs.

The brief (which you know is just a brief, not a legal finding) refers to the Defendants (plural) throughout. Guess who the Defendants are?

I am starting to buy into the Apple is evil meme. Colluding to oppress your own employees, child slavery in China, trying to own authors through iBooks... It is not painting a very good picture of the ethics at Apple.
