How about Eric Schmidt of Google? Shall we ignore him? Are we to suppose he was hypnotized by Jobs into freely agreeing to this scheme?

Jobs had a little under majority ownership of Pixar; employees had most of the rest. You could look it up in Disney's SEC filing to acquire it. Jobs' interest at the time of the acquisition was perhaps $3.4 billion compared to $7.4 billion when it was announced.
