PS I would point out though, that even today people with a college eduction only have a 5% unemployment rate.

Once people get educated they seldom need or ask for welfare either



That is because it is still worth something and it still takes some work to graduate.

Tell that to the poor yet educated guy in Algeria who ended up selling fruit from a home made rolling stand in his town because there were no jobs. Oh........wait............you can't............he set himself on fire out of pure frustration and now he's dead.
