Re: Steve Jobs was enriching himself He took a $1 per year salary and sold 0 shares of AAPL since he returned in 1997 until he died. How do you measure that he was enriching himself? He did about same as a Board member of DIS. He took no options and $0 compensation (outside directors have and had an in-place compensation structure; the DIS DEF14 described in footnotes that Jobs turned them down). His enrichment in both stocks was from the appreciation and for DIS, from its annual dividend.
