if the theory holds that the acquirer does have 4.9%, then the next time we start to see accumulation over several days would point to the takeover about to be announced. if we see a few days/weeks of no accumulation and then suddenly it begins again, this our cue the gig will be announced. Blankmind, That would seem to be the case. We should know pretty soon if all of this is just the product of a fertile imagination. Of course, there could be accumulation by some other entity, or by MMs themselves, I suppose. But block trading is block trading. It says what it says. Incidentally, if we see a lot of blocks suddenly going off at the bid, then this "phantom" acquirer bagged the idea, don't you think? Lastly, I think my computer has cost the "suiter" or whoever wants these shares nothing. It/they seem to be finding plenty of willing sellers. If this is acquisitional accumulation, it was a brilliant idea to wait for tax selling to occur in November. Gary Korn
