The two left standing with some possibility to get the nod are increasingly looking like not worthy to be dog catcher. And yet, still a million times better than Obama.

Republicans left their best chance to get a candidate that could win - Huntsman - in the wings I wouldn't bet the ranch on that, Steve. Just as the unwashed masses went hook, line and sinker for obama, one could use the same rationale in seeing that silver tongued devil of a former Speaker, do the same thing. Stranger things have happened. And IMO, it would be a sweet twist of irony. Now, don't take this as my endorsement for Newt. I'm still in the "undecided" column. One think I do know for sure: any Republican will be better than the current White House resident.
