Whatever it takes. Same way other countries pay for it, and how we paid for those stupid wars and tax cuts for the rich. Our society caannot afford to become dumb! And boy are we getting dumb. The chinese are already ahead of us in the computer arena and that is where the next war will be fought. If Bush had paid more attention to China and less to those 13th century ME tribes, maybe we wouldn't be so far behind the rest fo the world intellectually. Bush was a bad general and didn't see the real threat. China! He spent our military on the wrong country. Does anyone really believe Iraq was more dangerous than China?! Bush put trillions into the ME, well trillions in educaton would have made us much safer and more wealthy and with less crime! Obama has changed our focus to China where it belonged a decade ago.
