I'll say this bit and then I'll shut up to maintain the balance that is crucial for the world to rotate on its axis. There are two ways to allow the mind to work. The normal/usual way is to allow it to do it's thing and assume it knows what it is doing. The unusual way is to simply observe it..... without stopping.....while it tries to do its thing. When you read this, think of the times you had to watch a child at play, to make sure the child did not hurt himself/herself. The act of observing ....... simply observing ......changes that which you are observing. Positively.
