Is it a misrepresentation that Reid has not produced a budget during Obama's time as POTUS ?

Are you aware of the bills the house has sent to the Senate that have been tabled ?

Are you stating you do not understand the roles of the executive branch and Congress ?

Are you aware Obama is actively campaigning for a job extension by claiming the House and Senate are doing nothing to fix our economy ?
