Does anyone have info on negotiations with NT? If I remember correctly, the new deal is supposed to become effective Jan 1.

Thanks,

Ed

By gut feeling is that shiva cannot survive on its own. They have to be bought out by some co. like NORTEL otherwise come and revisit this thread in 2005 where DOW might be flirting with 25000 and shiva might still be trying to find bottoma and new mgmt. might still be talking to somebody like NORTEL.

How does Shiva's management sleep at night considering the horrid performance of the company's stock price?

Apparently you haven't been paying attention very closely, because all of Shiva's executive officers from a year ago have been replaced. I don't think the new team is responsible for the company's performance of last year.
