Here is a young UNEMPLOYED American couple in their late/mid-20s, after Filing the Bankruptcy in the U.S. of A., go to China, set up an online store, to group the order from the West, to get better price. This is why Chinese economy is alive! A similar couple from China could NOT even get a long term visa if they wanted to come to the U.S. to set up a store like this! The U.S. regulation has KILLED their own economy!

No I don't think they will win. Some of the small cap companies are bad. They should select to go private (or paying dividend) like GRRF, ASIA did recently. That is the best way to proof if they are for real. Also, the owner can take advantage of cheap price.
