Was that 25,000 att or neart the end a buy or sell ?I couldnt tell it looked to be at the bid so I guess it was a sell .Probably a day trader who got burned.Gee Im upset now<G> David M.

I agree. I know someone who is obsessed with the last tick. It is always the Bid and Ask that drive things. Always. Besides, portfolios should be valuated at the Bid not the close. TraderGreg

To hoffy and all. For most of the people here we know the bid/ask is most important. However, there are many traders who at the end of the day check the closing price. A positive close normally gives these investors a good feeling. The mind set would be, "hey after 2 down days we finally had an upday". I think it's psychological. By the way to answer someones question, I think I would rather a close of 1.39 with the bid/ask 1.35/1.39. To David M.: I think the miscommunication in our parts was due to you missing one of my posts while you were writing yours to me. That's why I wondered what you meant by "are you still here?". Rob.

Hoffy My portfolio is just fine .I like having a little fun on line and at the close since i dont have real time I thought it .Oh never mind .Why does it matter to you.?And when the he!! did you start posting anyway and if i want to have fun Kiss off.I think CSMA Won today .The close was close enough and the volume was low enough.The market is drying up the shares available and the short knows it.Dont question me about my motives here as they are true .If Your in a lossing position just hang in there it will go back up .How many shares do you have and did you call for your certs?do you like red or green?Try asking questions that concern the stock and not my personal prefernces.If I want you to know My personal prefernces Ill send you a christmas list.
