I found that to be inappropriate. The White house isn't asking for his vote. Heck most of the team isn't American anyway and can't vote. He looks like a fool.

My wife followed in my footsteps last night and watched Mr. Obama's speech.. I entered the room to fetch a second pair of skis to tune :o) and she commented to me.. This sounds like a pep rally.... something I had noted when I started following the election during Mr.Obama's run... something that comes from both sides... lots of rah rah and pom poms... kinda foreign to the Canuck process...

I think Thomas made a good point.. He said no thanks when the call Welcome to the machine went out Some folks should have done similarly when the Nobel prize was being decided... It is too bad the Bruins needed be drawn in... someone should have thought about that effect too... of course though... someone did... ;o)
