I think that Newt may have said something to his home-wrecking second wife like: "I'm going to continue seeing Callista, You can like it or lump it." She lumped it.

Was that nice? Nope, not defending it. What I am saying is that this woman should have said "good riddance to bad rubbish," and built herself a life free of bitterness.

If she hadn't "stolen" the man away from his first wife, I would not be so hard on her.

I've had more than one opportunity to "steal" another woman's husband, but I always figured if he'd cheat on, or leave, one woman, he'd do it to another.

Now this bit of Newt history seems to prove that I was right.
