Tommaso,

I think it is just the excess of shares bid over shares asked (or vice-versa) at the close.

I feel like I need a course this weekend in the 'new math' to reflect the fact that up is now down and down is now up. As someone said on one of these threads, it's Alice in Wonderland.

:-))

John

Tommaso, BUY meas they need to by at the close therefore it is an upside bias toward the close, which will reverse on Monday.

<<< closing imbalances tell us? (I never knew there was such a thing or what it indicated.)>>> Never heard of that before. Very strange unless related to exercising options.
