All Religious donations are considered charity. So, yes, you can deduct what you give to the Aglipayans. :>)

Do contributions to the Mormon church count as donations to charity?

My personal knowledge is near sixty years out of date, but I'd say the Mormons run as fine a charity as exists - for their own in real need. Also, for their backslid who they always hope to redeem.
